Developers Paradise – Magento Edition in Review

The third Developers Paradise is over. The biggest international developers conferences took place from September 24th to 27th at the beautiful island of Ibiza. More than 120 developers from 22 different countries joined the event which kept with the slogan “Lots of codes and fun in the sun”. The kick-off meeting was characterized by a speech from Thomas, CEO of Netresearch and the core developer Vitaliy Korotun, Magento Inc.

During the 3 days, there were lectures about Magento 2 and different background information like 101 Magento’s hidden secrets and static and analytic codes. Just to mention few of them. However, the attendees could also enjoy the sunny weather by doing a catamaran tour with jet skiing, a guided city tour to the old city of Ibiza or a an evening at a cocktail bar with a fantastic view over the old city of Ibiza.

Furthermore, the attendees had the opportunity to network and to exchange Magento experiences in a BarCamp and hack-sessions. Moreover, they could work together as a team which is one of the best thing of the Developers Paradise: the fantastic Magento community.

The feedback after the event was very positive and Netresearch as well as the developers are looking forward to the fourth Developers Paradise – Magento Editon.

Furthermore, we want to thank all the sponsors of the Developers Paradise 2012.
